Wimberley sits deep in the Hill Country along Cypress Creek, and servicing it looks nothing like servicing a suburb. Properties are spread across hills and back roads, well water is common, and a good number of homes are weekend places or short-term rentals. The drive is real, which is why we route this direction in blocks and give arrival windows we can keep.
Homes that sit empty for stretches fail differently from homes lived in daily — humidity builds with nobody present to notice, systems short-cycle without complaint, and the first symptom often shows up with guests in the house. Larger properties frequently run two systems installed years apart and never balanced against each other. Propane heat is widespread out here and typically unserviced until a freeze finds it.
Every Wimberley visit includes a full system evaluation — static pressure, airflow, refrigerant charge, duct and propane condition where relevant — documented with photos and video, so problems surface before the weekend or the cold snap that would have exposed them.
